Real Estate Analyst - Intern

COMPENSATION: We offer an attractive monthly salary range during the initial three months of the probationary period. This compensation package reflects our commitment to providing competitive pay while assessing your performance and suitability for a long-term position within our organization. Your compensation after the probationary period will be determined based on the performance throughout the probationary period.

NOTE: This internship opportunity is designed to culminate in a full-time position for individuals who showcase exceptional performance throughout the internship period.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to evaluate real estate investment opportunities, including property acquisitions, development projects, and leasing strategies.
  • Gather and analyze data on property performance, market trends, demographics, and economic indicators to provide insights and recommendations for investment decision-making.
  • Prepare financial models and feasibility studies to assess the profitability and risk associated with real estate projects, considering factors such as cash flows, return on investment, and sensitivity analysis.
  • Assist in the due diligence process, including property valuation, lease analysis, and financial document review, to support investment underwriting and transaction execution.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing findings, market analysis, and investment recommendations for internal stakeholders, clients, and investors.
  • Monitor and track the performance of real estate assets in the portfolio, including occupancy rates, rental rates, and market trends, and provide regular performance updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including acquisitions, asset management, and development, to support the implementation and execution of real estate investment strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes related to the real estate market, and provide insights and recommendations based on the analysis of these factors.
  • Utilize real estate data and analytics tools to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of market research and financial analysis processes.
  • Support the preparation of investment proposals, financial presentations, and marketing materials to attract potential investors and clients.
  • Assist in special projects and ad hoc financial analysis as required.
